I did it! At 645 tonight I rolled from my back to my stomach. I was beginning to think I would never do it. Grandpa took some extra time today and showed me how. I watched him very carefully. Then, when no one was looking I reached way up for the butterfly and over I went. Well, I thought no one was looking, turns out I had eye witnesses, Mom in the kitchen and Grandpa from the stairs. The pressure is on to do it again tomorrow. Mom ‘s forgotten to put me on my stomach lately because I love to sit so much. We tried it again today and I can get my knees under myself. I do a nose dive though.

Next………..CRAWLING! Get ready, here I come. Hide the cords, bolt the cabinets, wall off the stairs, pad the fireplace and I’ll be on my way soon. I’ll be taking friendly bets on my first movement forward if anyone is interested.

Another first; Dad put me to sleep tonight. Mom is already planning her first night out.
