I had my best page view day yet. Almost 700! This was a small victory yet one that gave me great pleasure. When you are writing and working so hard it is difficult when you feel like you are writing into the great void. But I finally started having more interaction as well with my readers. I received 2 emails and had several comments today.

These small things really bring happiness. The best is when someone reaches out to you and you get a chance to interact with readers. This is truly the best part of the entire process. It is this (not the page views) that I have been using as a metric. I figure it is like any other relationship. Glances at your web site are descent but interactions build community and can come to define a web site, just as they come to define us as humans.  This will be my focus for the upcoming 30 days. Building a community and helping people!
