I don’t think there is anything more precious as a gift than taking the time to record a bit of life. I realized when going back to read the story of Ant Eleanor’s life just how important this is. Also when we preserve it in a digital medium we can share and expand on the ideas.
Years from now as time has passed and we go back to remember, this will be here. What would have been here if not?
Eleanor’s Life is a fascinating, complex and beautiful. We can learn from this. Yet all too often these important things get lost in the shuffle of life. One could say that we can remember through thoughts and words and stories. But after 1 or 2 generations there is very little left. I would like to say that facebook could achieve this. But I am afraid micro brogging sites like facebook and twitter simply add to the digital clutter.
Thank you “Pappa Duke” for taking the time to do this. Years from now it will be a digital diary of a life . One that we can go back too, learn from and pass on to future generations. Yes the Pasquini Family is not meant to be top tier web site. Some people say that sharing on the internet is bad or dangerous. But, in this sense it is sad, that the only sharing we do is often superficial.
This kind of sharing, the kind that explores the human mind and focuses on the beauty of life, people and community. This is what it is all about.
Thanks Dad!

Hi Stephen,
What would it take to get you to rejoin AAPA? I ask because I would love to have you write something for the Academy’s PA Professional magazine, http://paprofessional.cadmus.com/Index.aspx.
Thanks,
