What comes of this?
As if there was an answer
Two souls collide decisively
And in this moment, God is born
Love, in a second
A lifetime,
Defines new life
A sex act
For their unborn child
It will define an eternity
Precious, baby hands
Eyes, wondering
I can feel your love, if only for an instant
To you from which all things are made
Beautiful, and perfect
Like a leaf
A drop of water
A breath
Peace, in this moment
Where art imitates life
I am defined
You’re Presence
Is my faith
A simple thought
And with this, I am alive.
In the end we always find God at the beginning and the end of the circle of life. Jesus said I am the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. The problem is we often get lost in between.
